OMK and Rosneft sign a partnership agreement

Russian pipe producing company United Metallurgical Company (OMK) has stated that it has signed a partnership agreement in the sphere of oil products supply with state-owned oil company Rosneft.

The agreement involves cooperation in the sphere of development, testing and implementation of greasing materials and other oil products of Rosneft for the enterprises of OMK. It is planned to hold a joint technical audit aimed for the optimization of expenditure and increasing mutual efficiency.

One of the most important elements of the agreement is the foundation of joint programs for import replacement. The parties also agreed to analyze the infrastructure for provision and distribution of greasing materials and other oil products, aiming to develop joint investment programs.
