NLMK buys additional 18 percent share in KMAruda

According to NLMK information, NLMK had closed the deal 16 March on purchase of additional 18 percent shares of KMAruda. Thus, the total stake of NLMK in KMAruda increased to 76.26 percent after the purchase.
