NLMK bids for KMAruda's remaining stocks

NLMK has reported that it introduced an offer to buy 23.74 percent of KMAruda's shares, aiming to acquire 100 percent of stocks of the enterprise. This offer is valid for one month starting of yesterday. NLMK offered to KMAruda's shareholders to sell their stocks for RUB 10,000 ($359) per share. Thus, NLMK offers RUB 610.3 million ($21.9 million) for total of 23.74 percent of KMAruda's shares. In March, by acquiring 18 percent of the shares, NLMK raised its stocks in KMAruda to 76.26 percent. In the case of acceptance of the offer, NLMK would own 100 percent of KMAruda's shares.
