MOC: Average steel prices in China indicate declining trend

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that during last week (December 13-19) the overall average finished steel price in China indicated a decreasing trend.

In the given week, the average prices of rebar, high-speed wire rod and hot rolled coil (HRC) moved down by 10.1 percent, 9.4 percent and 7.7 percent week on week, respectively.
