Kloeckner Metals Corporation (KMC), subsidiary of Germany-based producer and distributor of steel and non-ferrous metals Klöckner & Co., has announced that it has acquired the US-based non-ferrous metals service center Camalloy which specializes in stainless steel and aluminum.

The transaction strengthens Kloeckner’s stainless and aluminum service capabilities across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions, enhancing its ability to deliver responsive solutions supported by a more integrated North American supply chain.

Strategic location supports regional customers

Camalloy operates as a fast-turn service center with a long-established regional customer base. From its Pennsylvania location, the facility serves customers across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Indiana, Maryland, Delaware, Kentucky and West Virginia.

The facility is equipped with shearing and PVC application capabilities, expanding Kloeckner’s processing footprint in non-ferrous metals and strengthening its ability to meet customer requirements for shortened lead times and consistent material availability.

With the addition of Camalloy, Kloeckner Metals continues to expand its value-added service capabilities in stainless steel and aluminum, reinforcing its position as a diversified metals service center with a growing non-ferrous platform across North America.
