INSIG produces 815,000 mt of long steel products in eight months

Iranian steelmaker Iran National Steel Industrial Group (INSIG) produced 815,000 mt of long steel products (I-beam, rebar, tube) in the first eight months of the current Iranian year (started March 21), representing an increase of nine percent compared to the same period of the last Iranian year, according to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).

INSIG produced 191,000 mt of steel billet in the first eight months of the current Iranian year, increasing 20 percent on year-on-year basis.
