Iran’s INSIG increases finished steel output by eight percent

Iranian steelmaker Iran National Steel Industrial Group (INSIG) produced 220,000 mt of finished steel products (I-beam, rebar, pipe) and 49,000 mt of billet in the first two months (March 21-May 20) of the current Iranian year, up eight percent and 20 percent respectively compared to the corresponding period of the previous Iranian year, according to the data provided by the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO).
