India’s NMDC sees 10% rise in iron ore output in FY 2023-24

Indian state-run NMDC Limited achieved iron ore production of 45.1 million mt in the fiscal year 2023-24, up 10 percent year on year, a company statement said on Tuesday, April 2.

The company reported total iron ore sales during the year at 44.8 million mt, up 16 percent year on year.

In March this year, the miner achieved an iron ore output of 4.86 million mt and sales of 3.96 million mt, the company said.
