India’s ISMTL reports 102% rise in net profit in Q1 FY 2023-24

India Seamless Metal Tubes Limited (ISMTL) has reported a net profit of INR 406.70 million ($4.97 million) in the first quarter (April-June) of the fiscal year 2023-24, up 102.34 percent year on year, according to a regulatory filing of the company on Thursday, July 27.

The company reported total sales revenues of INR 6.6 billion ($80.74 million) during the quarter, a growth of six percent over the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year.

ISMT, of the Kirloskar group, is a producer of precision steel and alloy steel seamless tubes with a 475,000 mt capacity per year.
