Indian Metal and Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) has reported a consolidated net profit of INR 891.70 million ($10.70 million) in the second quarter (July-September) of the fiscal year 2023-24, up 447 percent year on year, according to a company statement on Friday, November 3.
The company reported total income of INR 7.04 billion ($84.54 million) during the quarter, a rise of four percent year on year.
IMFA is a ferroalloy producer with capacity of 284,000 mt per year with a captive power plant with 204 MW capacity and it operates two captive chrome ore mines in the eastern state of Odisha.
