Final results of AD review on certain pipes from Mexico
On September 22, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review for certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Mexican producer/exporter TAMSA. On November 23, 2004, TAMSA submitted a letter certifying that neither TAMSA, nor its US affiliate, Tenaris Global Services USA (Tenaris), exported or sold any subject merchandise to the US during the period of review. On May 6, 2005, the DOC published a notice of intent to rescind administrative review and invited comments from interested parties. Upon not receiving any comments, the DOC decided to rescind the review with respect to TAMSA.Final results of AD review on certain pipes from Mexico
