The US International Trade Commission has announced that it has initiated sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey and the countervailing duty order on welded line pipe from Turkey. The Commission will determine whether revoking the orders would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry.
The weighted-average dumping margins are at 2.53 percent for SeAH Steel Corporation, 6.23 percent for Hyundai HYSCO and 4.38 percent for all other South Korean exporters, while margins are at 6.66 percent for Tosçelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S., 22.95 percent for Borusan Istikbal Ticaret, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., and Çayirova Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S./Yücel Boru Ithalat-Ihracat ve Pazarlama A.S., and 7.10 percent for all other Turkish exporters. Meanwhile, net countervailable subsidy rates are at 152.20 percent for Borusan Istikbal Ticaret, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Borusan Mannesmann Boru Yatirim Holding A.S., and Borusan Holding A.S. and 1.31 percent for Tosçelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S., Tosyali Demir Celik Sanayi A.S., Tosyali Dis Ticaret A.S., Tosyali Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satis Ith. Ihr. A.S., and Tosyali Holding A.S and all other Turkish companies.
