The US International Trade Commission has instituted second five-year sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey and the countervailing duty order on welded line pipe from Turkey. The Commission will determine whether revoking the orders would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry.
Interested parties must file responses with the Commission by June 1, 2026. Comments on the adequacy of those responses are due by July 13, 2026. Based on the responses received, the Commission will decide whether to conduct full or expedited reviews.
The original antidumping duty orders on welded line pipe from South Korea and Turkey and the countervailing duty order from Turkey were issued on December 1, 2015. This is the second sunset review of the orders.
