The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released preliminary results of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review of the AD order on welded stainless pressure pipe (WSPP) from India for the period of review (POR) between November 1, 2023, and October 31, 2024.
The DOC preliminarily determined that Suncity Metals & Tubes Private Limited made sales of subject merchandise in the United States at less than normal value during the POR, with a preliminary weighted-average dumping margin of .96 percent.
The DOC is rescinding the review with respect to Jindal Saw Limited, Prakash Steelage Ltd., Seth Steelage Private Limited, and Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd., all of which withdrew their review requests.
