EU’s AD duties on stainless HRC from three countries close to expiring

Friday, 24 January 2025 13:45:03 (GMT+3)   |   Istanbul

The European Commission has announced that the antidumping duties on imports of hot rolled stainless steel sheets and coils from China, Indonesia and Taiwan will expire on October 8, 2025, unless a review is initiated.

The commission noted that the EU producers may submit a written request, containing sufficient evidence that the expiry of the measures would be likely to result in a continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury, for an expiry review no later than three months.

The antidumping duties are at 17.7 percent for Indonesia, 4.1 percent and 7.5 percent for Taiwan and in the range of 57.1-106.5 percent for China.
