In May this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the European Union (EU) fell by 17.7 percent year on year to 136,410 units, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA).
In the first five months of this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the EU totaled 673,095 units, down 19.8 percent on year-on-year basis. Spain (-31.2%), France (-22.3%), Germany (-17.1%) and Italy (-8.2%) all recorded declines.
