CSN to pay dividends following increased net profit in Q2

Brazilian steelmaker Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) said late this week it will pay dividends following increased net profit in Q2.

CSN said it will pay BRL 412.6 million ($99.4 million) to stockholders, following increased net profits of BRL 1.89 billion ($455.6 million) in Q2 this year. At the time, the company saw net profit rise 59 percent, year-on-year.

CSN said it will pay BRL 0.29 ($0.07) per share in dividends.
