CPCA: China’s second-hand car market has huge development potential

Cui Dongshu, secretary general of the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA), has stated that China’s second-hand car market has huge development potential.

As of the end of September this year, China’s vehicle ownership exceeded 330 million units, including 18.21 million new energy vehicles. 480 million people have car licenses, while 150 million people have a license without owning a car.
