Passenger vehicle retail sales in China amounted to 241,000 units during the August 1-6 period this year, down one percent year on year, while increasing by 9.0 percent month on month, according to the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA) based on its preliminary statistics.
In the August 1-6 period, passenger new energy vehicle (NEV) retail sales in China totaled 88,000 units, up 38.0 percent year on year, while rising by 8.0 percent month on month.
