CPCA: China’s passenger vehicle retail sales up 13.6% in February

Passenger vehicle retail sales in China are expected to amount to 1.25 million units in February this year, up 13.6 percent year on year, while decreasing by 30.3 percent month on month, according to the preliminary statistics issued by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA). 

In February, new energy passenger vehicle retail sales totaled 600,000 units, with the market share of NEVs estimated to have increased to 48.0 percent.
