Cost of civil construction increases in Buenos Aires area in May

The cost of civil construction in the greater Buenos Aires area in May rose 3 percent, month-on-month, according to data released this week by local statistics agency, Indec.

Indec said the cost of materials in May improved 2.1 percent, month-on-month. Likewise, workforce costs in May grew 3.6 percent, month-on-month. Indec said general expenses in the greater Buenos Aires in May increased 3.3 percent, also on a month-on-month analysis.
