China’s scrap imports down 13.4 percent in January-October

In October this year, China imported 160,000 mt of scrap, down 2.9 percent year on year, according to monthly import and export data issued by the Chinese customs authorities.
 
In the January-October period of the current year, China imported 1.69 million mt of scrap, decreasing by 13.4 percent year on year.
