China’s scrap exports increase in January-October

In October this year, China exported 135 mt of scrap, while it did not export any scrap in October last year, according to monthly import and export data issued by the Chinese customs authorities.
 
In the January-October period of the current year, China exported 947 mt of scrap, increasing by 214.6 percent year on year.
