China’s Pangang Group posts record outputs in 2010

Sichuan Province-based Chinese steelmaker Pangang Group has announced record outputs for 2010. Accordingly, Pangang Group's respective outputs of iron ore fines, pig iron and crude steel for the year in question were 7.8783 million mt, 8.5102 million mt and 8.4165 million mt, up 855,000 mt, 160,700 mt and 236,700 mt year on year, respectively.

The major part of Pangang Group's investments in 2011 will be spent on technological development.
