Beitai Ductile Pipe signs export contracts

China’s Liaoning Benxi Beitai Ductile Pipe Co. Ltd recently inked ductile cast iron pipe export contracts with South Africa, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Peru, Kuwait and Russia. The company’s export quantity to South Africa alone will reach 2800 tons. Global annual ductile cast iron pipe output presently totals 6.5-7 million tons. In 2004, Beitai Ductile Pipe Company formed 500’000 thousand tons of production after the company completed its Phase Two expansion project.
