Argentinian crude steel output declines in January

Argentinian crude steel production in January declined 19.6 percent, year-on-year, and 8.6 percent, month-on-month, to 298,200 mt, according to local steel association Camara Argentina del Acero (CAA).

Argentinian hot rolled finished steel output in the first month of the year reached 290,200 mt, 4 percent down, year-on-year, and 2.7 percent down, month-on-month.

Argentinian cold rolled flat steel production in January totaled 120,200 mt, 51.7 percent up, year-on-year, and 30.7 percent up, month-on-month.
