AD review on seamless steel pipes imported from Japan rescinded

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) rescinds administrative review of the antidumping duty on certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard line and pressure pipe imported from Japan. DOC, on July 28, 2004 initiated administrative review of the antidumping duty on certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard line and pressure pipe imported from Japan. The period of review was June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004. The review was initiated upon the request of United States Steel Corp. As the petitioner withdrew its request for a review, DOC determined to rescind the review with respect to imports of subject merchandise from Japan.
