AD review on certain pipes from Mexico rescinded

On December 27, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imported from Mexico upon a petition filed by Niples Del Norte S.A de C.V and Hlysa S.A de C.V, two Mexican producers of the subject merchandise. The review covered the period of November 1, 2003, through October 31, 2004. The DOC determined to annul the review with respect to imports of circular welded non-alloy steel pipe imported from Mexico since both of the respondents withdrew their requests for an administrative review.
