AD investigation on certain pipes from Mexico and Korea rescinded

On March 24, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty investigation on circular welded carbon quality line pipe imported from Mexico and Korea upon the petition collectively filed by American Steel Pipe Division of ACIPCO, IPSCO Tubulars Inc, Lone Star Steel Company, Maverick Tube Corporation, Northwest Pipe Company and Stupp Corporation. Since the petitioners withdrew their antidumping petitions, the DOC decided to terminate the investigations regarding imports of subject merchandise from Mexico and Korea.
