A $50 million joint venture from two German companies

Indu Ser Industries service and Salzgitter International, two German steel companies, agreed to establish a steel pipe and tube manufacturing plant in Karachi, Pakistan through a joint venture. According to reports, both companies will invest total $50 million to the venture to provide technical know how and produce spiral welded pipe and tubes in dia. 508-2.540 mm for water, gas and oil pipes.
