According to market sources, Turkish producers’ export offer range for ERW pipes and hollow sections with 2-4 mm wall thickness made from HRC of S235 grade as per EN 10219 are currently at $570-590/mt FOB, while discounts on the lower end of this price range are possible for buyers of larger volumes. Meanwhile, buyers’ firm bids are $550-560/mt FOB, though Turkish mills are unwilling to decrease their quotations. Currently, demand for Turkish welded pipe in the global market is at weak levels.
