Chinese steel pipe export offer prices mostly edge down

During the week ending January 2, average Chinese steel pipe export offer prices have mostly declined. At present, export offers for API 5L seamless pipe given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $610-700/mt FOB, while export offers for API 5L welded pipe given by Chinese suppliers are at $520-560/mt FOB.

It is expected that steel pipe export prices from China will move sideways in the coming week.
