On June 4, SteelOrbis reported Indian domestic silicomanganese offer prices at INR 65,700-67,000/mt ($948-967/mt) ex-works in the Raipur and Durgapur regions.
Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices in the Durgapur region continue to trend relatively stable while those in the Raipur region have softened. Prices are now reportedly at INR 65,400-66,800/mt ($941-961/mt) ex-works in both regions. Durgapur prices continue to trend on the higher side of the range while Raipur prices are on the lower side of the range. Due to currency fluctuations, prices decreased $7/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $6/mt from the top of the same range.
