On May 16, SteelOrbis reported ex-China met coke (64-65 percent CSR) offers to India at $344-346/mt CFR India or approximately $329-331/FOB China.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices have ticked up and are now reportedly at $347-349/mt CFR India or approximately $330-332/FOB China. In CFR terms, prices increased $3/mt from both the bottom and top of the previous range. The strict environmental policies in some regions of China are reportedly supporting the upward trend in met coke prices domestically and for export.
