Today, April 7, Turkish domestic rebar spot prices have decreased by TRY 50-200/mt ($3-12/mt) amid sluggish demand, while only rebar spot prices in the Marmara region have remained unchanged in local currency, with minor changes on US dollar basis. Accordingly, 12 mm rebar spot prices in Turkey have settled at TRY 16,000-16,500/mt or $919-948/mt ex-warehouse, depending on the region.
In the Iskenderun region, Koc Metallurgy has closed its rebar sales today, while one re-roller in the region has closed its rebar sales until Monday, April 11.
