Billet and rebar prices in Taiwan - week 26

SteelOrbis has been informed that in the local Taiwanese steel market the prices of commercial grade billet of 120 mm x 12 mm have remained stable over the past week at NTD 10,800-11,200/mt ($349-362/mt) ex-works, for mid-August shipments.
 
In the meantime, rebar prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have declined by NTD 100/mt ($3/mt) in the same period and are now at the following levels:

The above prices include five percent VAT, are ex-warehouse and are also for mid-August shipments.
