In the Turkish flat steel market mills' hot rolled coil (HRC) offers have declined by $10-15/mt as compared to the previous price levels, while their cold rolled coil (CRC) prices have indicated a decrease of $5-10/mt over the same period. Moreover, the offers are expected to soften further.

HRC offers in the local Turkish market are now standing at $580-605/mt ex-works, while CRC prices are at the level of $705-720/mt ex-works. Both prices exclude VAT and are for deliveries in October and November.
