In the Turkish flat steel market, domestic mills' hot rolled coil (HRC) offers have declined by $5-15/mt as compared to the previous price level, while their cold rolled coil (CRC) prices have indicated a decrease of $15-20/mt over the same period. In addition, according to the general anticipation in the market, the offers will soften further.

HRC offers in the local Turkish market are now standing at $565-600/mt ex-works, while CRC prices are at the level of $690-700/mt ex-works. Both prices exclude VAT and are for deliveries in November.
