Severstal’s September output flat steel offers for Turkey

Russian steel producer Severstal has increased its September production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers for Turkey by $35/mt as compared to August production offer levels, while it has raised its cold rolled coil (CRC) prices for the same destination by $30-35/mt over the same period. The mill continues to accept firm bids for all its offers.
 
Severstal's HRC and CRC offers to Turkey are as follows:

All above prices, which are on CFR basis, are for shipment in late October and in November.
