Russian steel producer Severstal's November production flat steel offers to Turkey are considered to be on the high side, while the producer has not given cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey this month. Severstal may revise its offers in the coming days.
Severstal's hot rolled coil (HRC) and plate offers to Turkey are as follows:
