Russian steel producer
Severstal has kept its August production hot rolled coil (
HRC) offers for
Turkey unchanged as compared to July production offer levels, while it has decreased its cold rolled (
CRC) prices for the same destination by $40-60/mt over the same period.
Severstal's August production
plate offers have softened by $5/mt on the lower end, while offers have moved up on the higher end by $25/mt to cover a wider range. The mill continues to accept firm bids for all its offers.
