Russian steel producer Severstal's February production flat steel offers to Turkey have indicated increases as compared to last month's list prices. Accordingly, the mill's hot rolled coil (HRC) prices have increased by $20/mt on the high end, while its plate and cold rolled coil (CRC) offers have moved up by $40-45/mt and $15-20/mt respectively.
Severstal's HRC, CRC and hot rolled plate (HRP) offers to Turkey are as follows:
