Russia-based
Severstal International has offered hot rolled coil (
HRC) to
Turkey for orders of 30,000 mt and above at $565/mt CFR, while the mill's offers to
Turkey for cold rolled coil (
CRC) stand at $645-665/mt CFR. The offers are for November production materials and for December shipments.
