Russian steel producer Severstal has revised its September production flat steel offers for Turkey from the levels which were announced two weeks ago. Accordingly, the producer's hot rolled coil (HRC) prices have decreased by $10-15/mt, while its cold rolled coil (CRC) prices have remained unchanged.
In addition, Severstal is now providing offers for CRC and steel plate for orders above 3,000 mt. Severstal's September production plate offers have increased by $5-15/mt as compared to August production offers. The mill continues to accept firm bids for all its offers.
Severstal's HRC, CRC and plate offers to Turkey are as follows:
