SteelOrbis has learned that Russian steelmaker Severstal's April production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers from its mill 2000 to the export markets now stand at the base price level of $650/mt FOB St. Petersburg, while its HRC export offers from its mill 1700 stand at $635/mt FOB St. Petersburg.
Severstal's March production HRC export offers were at $640/mt FOB St. Petersburg, while transactions were concluded at $615/mt FOB. Compared to the producer's transaction quotations, its offers for April production have indicated an increase of about $20/mt.
In the meantime, Severstal's April production cold rolled coil (CRC) export offers are standing at $735/mt FOB St. Petersburg, while its hot rolled plate (HRP) export offers are at $670/mt FOB St. Petersburg.
