Currently, steel plate offers to Turkey given by Ukraine-based Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works are standing at $540/mt CFR, while Ilyich Iron & Steel Works is offering plate to Turkey at the base price level of $540/mt CFR. In addition, Macedonia-based Makstil's offers are standing at $720/mt CFR. All the above offers are for September-October deliveries.
