Currently, steel plate offers to Turkey given by Ukraine-based Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works are standing at $545/mt CFR, while another Ukrainian producer Ilyich Iron & Steel Works is offering plate to Turkey also at the base price level of $545/mt CFR, both for shipments in December.
In addition, Macedonia-based Makstil's offers are standing at $750-760/mt CFR Turkey for November deliveries.
