CRC imports in Brazil are negotiated in average at $700/mt, CFR conditions, stable from two weeks ago, according to sources.
In the Brazilian domestic market, CRC of the basic commercial grades is offered in medium to large volumes by the producers at BRL 5,950/mt ($1,068/mt), also stable in BRL from two weeks ago, ex-works, full taxes except IPI.
All Brazilian CRC producers except Usiminas plan to raise prices by 5 to 8 percent in January 2026, stating that their goal is to restore prices to where they were in January 2025.
In November, Brazil exported 34,900 mt of CRC, in average at $665/mt and imported 32,500 mt at $548/mt, against respectively 24,100 mt at $702/mt and 20,400 mt at $ 558/mt in October, all FOB conditions.
