During the week ending January 31, average Chinese flat steel export offer prices have moved sideways. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $480-510/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $525-545/mt FOB.
It is expected that flat steel product export prices from China will move on a stable trend in the coming week.
