Average export offer prices of Chinese flat steel products have indicated an overall upward trend in the past week. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $480-490/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $510-520/mt FOB.
It is expected that flat steel offer prices from China will move up slightly in the coming week.
