During the week ending April 4, average export offer prices from China have moved down for hot rolled coil, hot dip galvanized and pre-painted galvanized iron, though moving sideways for other products. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $515-535/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $555-575/mt FOB.
It is expected that flat steel product export prices from China will fluctuate within a limited range in the coming week.
